About Lee 

Lee got his Masters degree in Social Work  from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.  Throughout his career he has worked in clinical and administrative capacities with a combination of leadership and compassion that has inspired many.   He has been working in the field of mental health for 40 years and he has the experience and wisdom to navigate some of the most difficult personal challenges.  His approach is wholistic and eclectic and his work with clients has included; Experiential, Gestalt and Buddhist-informed interventions.    He works hard at being authentic in his practice and believes in attraction rather than promotion as a way of connecting with new clients.    He recently became a Certified Personal Trainer and he has worked with many athletes who are struggling with performance-related issues. 

In his personal life, he is married and has four children; two of whom are still at home.  His wife is a therapist and for many years they practiced together.  When Lee is not working, it is likely he is playing guitar, meditating or riding his bike over the beautiful mountains of Colorado.  If you would like to set up a time to meet with Lee and potentially become a client, you can call him at 970-219-2558.

                                                                                               

About Susan

Susan got her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware where she was born and raised.  Having other members of her family in the field she moved to Richmond, Virginia to get her Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at Virginia Commonwealth University.  After graduating in 1995, she lived and worked in Virginia until 2011.  She and her husband Lee began working together in private practice in 2003.  Susan utilizes DBT and CBT approaches in her work and she loves using art and creative means to access a persons inner voice.  Eating Disorders are one of Susan's specialties and she has several years of experience working with the challenges an unhealthy relationship with food presents.
